Francis Oluwatosin Shoga was born on July 7, 1979. His journey to the pinnacle of leadership began with a solid educational foundation, starting at Loyola College, Ibadan. He proceeded to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
Driven by a passion for continuous growth, he earned an MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria and is currently completing an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance at Baze University, Abuja. This academic rigor forms the bedrock of his strategic approach to management and advocacy.
Served in the Office of the Vice President on Public Procurement, overseeing multi-billion naira contracts and national social investment programs.
Ensured total compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, guaranteeing transparency across critical sectors like roads, agriculture, and defense.

Today, he serves as the Director General of City Boy Movement, a foremost sociopolitical organization. Under his stewardship, the movement has become a powerful platform for advocating the President’s policies and mobilizing grassroots support across the federation.
